We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As an Inside Sales Representative at Lumbini Elite Solutions and Services, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and prospect information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
